Bache & Co. disclaim responsibility for the content, privacy policies and customer information practices of third party hyperlinked from our Sites.  Please review the third party privacy statements before use as Bache & Co. is not responsible for and has no influence over the content or the privacy practices of the third party links.

Where you: (i) legitimately request access to Personal Data relating to you which is in the possession and control of Bache & Co.; (ii) have any questions or feedback relating to your Personal Data or this Policy; or (iii) wish to correct Personal Data relating to you which is in the possession and control of Bache & Co, you may contact our Data Protection Officer (“DPO”) in accordance with our standard procedures as stated hereinafter. We shall accede to your request within a reasonable time and manner.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, Bache & Co. has established a process for receiving and responding to any query or complaint that may arise with respect to the application of this Act.
